The Owner
The owner is Mallorquin and speaks Mallorquin, Spanish, and a little English. He has more than 20 years of experience in villa rentals. High standards and personal service are very important to the owner and he will often greet his clients personally, with an interpreter when needed, so his clients feel completely at home knowing that if a problem should arise, they can easily communicate with him.
Traffic Information.
Please note that in Spain we drive on the right A single yellow line next to a pavement means no parking is allowed. You cannot park in front of a “vado permanent “ Your car may be towed away and you will incur a charge to release it from the euros. The maximum alcohol limit for driving is Conductors in general: 0.5 g / l in blood. 0.25 mg / l in aspirated air. Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
For your own security
We recommend that you do not leave any personal items in your car. That you do not take any valuables to the beach. Please keep a photocopy of documentation including insurance, passport, etc in case of a robbery or accident.

Observations
This property does not accept bookings for events such as stag or hen parties, christenings, first communions or any other types of parties. The property is for family holidays, children are more than welcome,
There is plenty of free parking on the property.
EcoTax (Tourist Tax)
Must be paid on arrival directly to the owner.
Since 1st June 2016, all tourists visiting the island of Mallorca must pay a tourist tax, which is used to help maintain and protect the flora and fauna of Mallorca.
The tax is 2,20€ (not including VAT 10%) per night per person in high season (1st may to 31st Oct) and 1.10€ in low season (1st Nov to 30th April). Under 16s are exempt and the tax is paid directly to the owner.
In accordance with Spanish legislation, all travelers older than 16 years must show their identification on arrival at the property, this information is then processed and passed on to the relevant authorities. Guests must sign that the information they have provided is correct.
Minimum rental
A period is 7 days in high & mid-season and 5 days in the low season.
The house is cleaned throughout, and the towels and linen are changed once a week.
For ecological and energy saving reasons. 0,30€ KW/h.
Smoking
is not permitted inside the house, smoking on the terrace and in the garden is permitted.
Arrival protocol
If you know that your flight is delayed, please advise the owner via a phone call or WhatsApp.
Upon arrival at Palma airport please let the owner know you have arrived and that you are on your way to your arrival time at the Villa can be co-ordinated. Check-in time can be flexible depending upon the circumstances.
Normally in high season, it takes about an hour from the plane landing to collecting your hire car and the journey from the airport to the house takes approx. 60 mins.

These times are flexible if circumstances allow, please speak to the owner on your arrival at Palma airport.
If your flight is delayed, please let the owner know as soon as possible.
Please note
Barking dogs from neighboring farms and properties can be heard all over Mallorca and mosquitoes can also be present depending on the time of year.
Recommendations:
It is recommended to have travel insurance. A hire car is recommended.
