Location.
Villa Pollentia is a pretty Mallorquin style country house located in a quiet area in the north of Mallorca.
It is in a very privileged rustic area between the bay of Alcúdia and the bay of Pollenca, it´s just 5 mins walk from the old town of Alcúdia, with its wonderful medieval walls.
Not far from the villa, is the Alcúdia beach which runs along the bay of Alcúdia with its fine sand and crystal-clear waters.

The jacuzzi
The Jacuzzi is situated by the pool in the garden, room for 4 people, each seat has a different massage effect. It is treated with oxygen and is cleaned thoroughly with a change of water after each set of guests has left; there is anti-slip floor surrounding the Jacuzzi.

Nº 1&2: 1 double bedroom with a double bed 1.50m x 2m with air-conditioning (hot and cold), electric radiator and en-suite bathroom.
Nº 3&4: 1 Double bedroom, twin beds 0.90m x 2m with air-conditioning (hot and cold) and an electric radiator. (There is another separate family bathroom.)

Villa Pollentia is a very warm and welcoming Mallorquin style country house, suitable for up to 4 people. It is all on one level, and according to those who have stayed at Villa Pollentia, its location is perfect, not too far from the local infrastructure and local amenities. The tree lined garden with a lot of botanical features means that you can enjoy your holiday in complete privacy, there are two tall palm trees that overlook the house acting as a gateway to your unforgettable holiday at Villa Pollentia. Small details such as the ornamental plants, the rustic access and a small drystone wall that surrounds the house all show a well cared for property.
The open-plan pool area, picturesquely surrounded by the lawn, offers enough space so you can track the sun most of the day and the clear water promises a refreshing dip when the temperatures rise. Entry to the tiled pool is via a corner staircase at the shallow end. The open-air Jacuzzi is a great place to relax and watch the stars at night, marvel at the immensity of the Mediterranean sky. On the terrace you can enjoy the garden views, meals eaten al fresco always taste better! Nothing beats a barbecue at night, and what´s more, it is all set, ready to light! The living space which is on ground level has been designed with your comfort in mind, you can enjoy a completely relaxing holiday.
In the centre of this wooden furnished house is a cozy living-dining room with a large front window and two comfortable sofas on which to relax. On the terrace. You will find 4 chairs and a dining table, as well as a 4 person sofa. If you do not want to eat outside there is also a table in the lounge area inside. The flat screen television with satellite reception placed on the typical Mallorquin rustic stone wall will keep you entertained, there is also a CD player and if you need to stay in touch there is internet.
The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, gas stove, microwave, fridge / freezer and coffee maker; everything you need to prepare some wonderful meals whilst on holiday. The bedrooms are beautifully designed, retaining some of the original stone features, they both have hot or cold air-conditioning and are ideal for both a siesta and a good night´s rest. The main bedroom has a double bed with an en-suite bathroom for extra privacy there is also a second family bathroom that is decorated with typical Spanish blue and white tiles. The perfect holidays are always the most relaxing ones, but for those looking for a bit more adventure there is plenty to be found in the local area, whatever your age there is something to do such as; swimming, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, hiking, cycling, tennis, horse riding and fishing.
You can enjoy a round of golf at the Alcanada Golf Club or you can walk to the beautiful city of Alcúdia, surrounded by a medieval wall in just a few minutes. Alcúdia is wonderful to walk round with its cobbled streets and there lots of shops and restaurants to choose from; the local Supermarkets and bakeries are again just a few minutes’ walk away.
