Villa Sa Pova is a charming country house in a quiet area in the north of the island. It is in a very privileged rustic area between the bay of Alcúdia and the bay of Pollensa just 2km from the historic centre of the medieval walled town of Alcúdia.
From the house it is easy to get to the wonderful white sandy beach of Alcúdia with its crystalline waters.
A car is recommended, Villa Sa Pova it is a short drive to the majestic Sierra de Tramuntana and the vibrant city of Palma.

Pool, 9m x 4m with a maximum depth of 1.98m and a minimum depth of 1m, the pool is chlorinated for hygiene purposes. The pool has a terraced area with 8 sunbeds to enjoy the Mallorquin sunshine and 2 large sunshades; there is a life ring buoy in case of emergencies.
Facilities:
Satellite TV in German and other languages, internet , air conditioning, automatic washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ, covered terraced and Jacuzzi. There is also a place for recycling.
The jacuzzi
The Jacuzzi is situated by the pool in the garden, it has room for 4 people, each seat has a different massage effect. It is treated with oxygen and is cleaned thoroughly with a change of water after each set of guests has left; there is anti-slip floor surrounding the Jacuzzi.

Detailed description
Villa Sa Pova is a warm, welcoming Mallorquin style country house with plenty of space for up to 8 people who like to holiday not too far from the local amenities and of course the amazing old town of Alcúdia, popular with both locals and tourists alike. It is fully licensed ( ETV/926) and is ideal for large families or a group of friends, the garden is tree lined making it an oasis of tranquillity and privacy. There are no immediate neighbours overlooking the house or the pool area. The small details such as the decorative plants, the stone walls that surround the property are a testament to a well cared for property.
The pool area is large enough to enjoy the sun all day long, the clear pool waters are ideal for a refreshing dip to cool yourself down. The pool depth varies from 1m to 1,80m and there are stairs for easy access at the corner of the pool. The heated Jacuzzi is a wonderful place to relax day or night; alongside the jacuzzi is small anti slip patio. The covered terrace, which is easily accessed from the pool via a path, is the perfect place to chill whilst enjoying the lovely garden view,plus it´s the ideal place to eat together. There is nothing better than a BBQ at night ! It is ready to use; you just need to light it.
The interior of the house is very comfortable, designed to make your holidays relaxing and carefree. There is a lovely open plan kitchen, dining area and living area; the kitchen is the focal point of this lovingly decorated house. With beamed ceilings, stone walls, wooden doors and windows the villa oozes comfort, the 3 huge sofas, a tv and large windows with air conditioning make the living area cosy and relaxing, a home from home! There is a internet connection; no need to wait until you get home to share your holiday snaps!
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dish washer and coffee machine; everyone can fit comfortably around the kitchen table. The bedrooms have all been designed with comfort in mind, ideal for an afternoon siesta or to refresh yourself after a long trip. The typical Spanish bathrooms are fully equipped with beautifully tiled wash areas. There are two bathrooms with a bath and two with showers; each bathroom has a hairdryer supplied.
The local area is ideal for sports such as: swimming, sailing, water skiing, windsurfing, hiking, cycling, tennis, horse riding and fishing; there is also a great golf course at Alcanada Golf . The beautiful town of Alcúdia, with its medieval walls, is lovely to walk around; there are plenty of shops to look at. Supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance of the villa. There is also a 24-hour Mini market open during the high season.
After welcoming you to the house and showing you around, the interpreter will be able to advise you on local events and fiestas as well as places to visit during your stay.
